How to Make a Cup of Our Cacao

10-20g for a gentle introductory dose

STEP 1

Measure out your preferred dosage with 100-200ml (enough to fill your favourite cup!) of water or plant mylk (we suggest coconut, oat or almond)

STEP 2

Add to a small saucepan and gently heat, add your preferred sweetener to taste (we suggest honey or maple syrup), you can even add some cinnamon or cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
